Description

Decorative isomalt sugar in pearls for creating cast, modelled, drawn or blown edible caramel decorations.

After melting, it can be colored (preferably with gel colors) and flavored with fruit pastes, or the finished decoration can be colored with spray or powder paints. Once processed isomalt can be melted again.

Use: Dissolve either in a microwave oven (approx. 700W in a heat-resistant bowl) or in a saucepan up to 170°C. Stir the Ismolat every 20-30 seconds until it is completely dissolved. Then put the bowl with isomalt in a container with a small amount of cold water for about 10 seconds. You can then color and process the isomalt as needed.
