Dr. Oetker Gingerbread spice (20 g)

A fragrant mixture of first-class spices (cinnamon, cloves, coriander, fennel, anise, allspice, nutmeg, nutmeg, star anise) for the preparation of Christmas pastries, gingerbread, gingerbread and as a spice for jams and other recipes.

Gingerbread: Whisk 2 eggs, 140 g of powdered sugar and 100 g of softened butter in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of liquid honey and 3-4 teaspoons of Dr. Gingerbread spice. Oetker and stir briefly. Then add 400 g of plain flour, 1 teaspoon of Dr. Oetker and make a smooth dough by hand. Let it rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. On a floured work surface, roll out the dough into a thicker sheet. We cut out various shapes with the molds, which we place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper at a sufficient distance from each other. Bake for about 8 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 °C. Decorate the gingerbread after it has cooled down.
