Chocolate muffins and brownies

Muffiny alá brownies
The history of chocolate begins more than 3000 years ago. In the 16th century, Hernán Cortéz brought cocoa beans to Europe and introduced them to the Spanish court. And we are extremely grateful to him for this act. Because this crop has brought a lot of pleasure to mankind. Cocoa and chocolate are one of the basic ingredients of the baking and confectionery world. So come and bake wonderful fluffy muffins full of chocolate with us.
Preparation: 20 minutes Baking: 20 minutes

Method for the dough:

  • 120 g of high-quality dark chocolate
  • 125 g of butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g granulated sugar
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 35 g of cocoa
  • 75 g plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • pinch of salt

Method:

1. Melt the butter and chocolate and mix together with a whisk.

2. Beat the eggs, sugar and salt into a thick foam. Add melted chocolate and butter to it, then flour mixed with cocoa and beat again. Don't forget the baking powder before the end of the whipping.

3. Place paper cups in the muffin tin and fill them halfway with batter. Bake in a heated oven at 180°C for approx. 15 - 20 minutes. We check doneness with a skewer.

4. After baking, transfer them to a wire rack and let them cool.
