Ingredients: water, fully hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats 25% (palm kernel, sunflower), dried buttermilk , dried skimmed milk , maltodextrin, emulsifiers (E472b, E471, lecithins), stabilizers (E412, E410, E460i, E466). Gluten free.
For cooking: it can be used as cream for sauces, pasta, meat, legumes and other dishes.
Before whipping: cool to a temperature of +5 to +10°C, sweeten to taste and whip at medium speed until the required stability and firmness are obtained.
