Description

Raising powder for the preparation of fluffy dough.

Use: mix the powder with approx. 3-5% of the volume of flour in flour and add it to kneaded, brittle, sponge dough or gingerbread

Ingredients: wheat flour , leavening agents: acid sodium pyrophosphate E450(i), baking soda E500(ii), anti-caking agent E341(iii). May contain traces of milk, soy and sesame.
