Description

A mixture used to stabilize and flavor light creams for modern confectionery products.

Ingredients: sugar, cocoa powder with reduced fat content 20%, gelatin, caramelized sugar, table salt, aroma

Usage: 500 g Zeesan Chocolate, 625 g water (approx. 25°C), 2500 g whipped cream

Mix Zeesan with water, add 1/4 of the whipped cream and beat with a whisk until smooth. Add the remaining whipped cream and gently mix with a spatula.

Nutritional values in 100 g: energy 1597 kJ/382 kcal, fat 2.4 g (of which saturated 1.4 g), carbohydrates 73.1 g (of which sugars 71 g), fiber 6.5 g, protein 13, 2 g, salt 0.2 g
