Use:
It is mainly used as a modeling clay for making ornaments, figurines, flowers and other decorations for cakes and desserts.
It can also be used to coat cakes, but also as part of their fillings or for making sweets.
In the air, the marzipan mass will slowly dry out and harden. Therefore, we recommend storing it well wrapped in food foil and in a closed container in a dark place. We dry the made decorations at room temperature.
