Dissolve at a temperature of max. 45°C. A higher temperature damages the structure of the glaze.
Ingredients: c ukr, hydrogenated palm kernel fat, dried whey , emulsifier ( lecithin E322 ), emulsifier E476, dye extract from spirulina, food aroma, salt. May contain traces of peanuts , tree nuts and lupine .
Milk solids min. 9% .
