Decorative isomalt sugar in beads for creating cast, modeled, drawn or blown edible caramel decorations.
If the manufacturing process is followed, the unmistakable effect of shiny glass is created. It can be dissolved without adding water. After melting, it can be colored (preferably with gel colors) and flavored with fruit pastes, or the finished decoration can be colored with spray or powder colors.
Once processed, isomalt can be remelted. To prevent it from becoming brittle due to loss of internal moisture, it is sufficient to add a few drops of water.
Usage: Dissolve the isomalt beads in a pot until all air bubbles disappear, without adding water or other ingredients. Cool the container with the dissolved isomalt in a cold bath, adding about 10 ml of water per 1 kg of isomalt, which can be colored at this stage. After cooling, pour the material onto a modeling silicone mat and start modeling under a lamp. Once completely dissolved, the beads can be heated repeatedly. However, if the material is heated too often, for too long or at temperatures above +150°C, the product will become significantly more brittle. We therefore recommend adding a few drops of water when reheating.
