Non-wetting sugar is a fine, white powder that is suitable for sprinkling on confectionery and bakery products. Its great advantage is that it retains its structure and compact surface. It does not contain dyes or chemical additives.
The product contains fats that melt on hot products, thus losing the desired effect of a still white surface. Do not sprinkle on hot products that have just been taken out of the oven (max. 25°C). For example, let doughnuts cool before sprinkling.
