Sliced gelatin 20 g

Use: Soak the required number of slices in lukewarm water for 5 minutes, then drain the water and squeeze out the gelatin thoroughly. If we want to use gelatin in cold desserts, we first soak it and let it swell for about 5 minutes, then we squeeze it thoroughly, put it in a bowl, heat it in the microwave or in a saucepan and stir it thoroughly until it dissolves. We must not overheat it, only melt it!! Next, add gelatin while constantly stirring to cold desserts (to whipped cream, creams, puddings, to aspics). Then refrigerate for 4 hours.
