Description

PME Vanilla Cake Mix for making light and fluffy cakes. Contains 0.5 kg of mix and is enough for 2 cakes, 12 muffins or 24 cupcakes. Made with premium ingredients to ensure consistent results every time you bake.

Just add: 225 g softened butter, 90 ml milk and 3 large eggs

Procedure: Preheat the oven (electric oven 170°C, fan oven 160°C, gas oven level 3). Beat the butter until creamy and then slowly add the eggs. Stir in the milk and the mixture for the base. Bake the base and muffins for 30 - 35 minutes, cupcakes for 18 - 20 minutes.

Ingredients: wheat flour , sugar, baking powder (E450, E500, corn flour, E170), flavoring
