Description

Monna Lisa is a UHT vegetable cream that is specially designed for decoration. It is sweetened, has a soft but firm consistency that guarantees excellent grip and stability. It is characterized by a glossy white color, a taste of cream and vanilla, and can be flavored and colored as needed. It is ideal for the precise decoration of cookies, pastries, ice creams and frozen desserts. Does not contain lactose and allergens.

Ingredients: water, fully hydrogenated vegetable oil and fats 28% (palm kernel, sunflower), sugar 14%, stabilizers (E420ii, E464, E340ii, E412, E415), emulsifiers (E481, E471, E475), salt, aroma
