Description

A mixture with pieces of real chocolate for the production of mixed materials, especially dark chocolate bodies and sandwiches baked in cakes.

Usage: 500 g Double Choc Cake, 100 g egg melange, 100 g water. Mix all ingredients on 1st gear for 4 min.

Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour , vegetable oil (rapeseed, palm), cocoa mass (6%), glucose syrup, cocoa powder with reduced fat content (4%), potato starch, raising agents E450, E500, E336, lactose , salt , cocoa butter (<1%), milk proteins, dextrose, aroma, thickener E415, emulsifier E322 ( soybeans )
