Instructions for preparation: Pour 0.5 kg of the mixture into 110 g of cold drinking water. Beat for about 5 minutes on high speed. On a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat, form a circle with a diameter of about 4 cm. Let dry for 15 - 20 minutes. Place in a preheated oven and bake at 135°C for 16 - 20 minutes.
