High-quality natural gelatin of animal origin in the form of slices. Suitable for gelling desserts, fruits and aspics, stiffening whipped creams and mousses, binding fats and water.
Usage: Soak the required number of slices in cold water for 5-7 minutes, then squeeze the gelatin thoroughly. If you use gelatin in warm ingredients, it will dissolve immediately (use in sauces, to thicken light creams and whipped mousses with a lower fat content). If you use gelatin in cold desserts (in whipped cream, creams, puddings, for gelling fruit, in aspics), put the swollen gelatin in a bowl, heat it in the microwave or in a saucepan and mix thoroughly until it dissolves. Caution: do not overheat, only dissolve! Then refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
