Preparation: Mix 500 g of the mixture, 250 g of softened butter and 5 eggs. Mix on low speed until a smooth and soft dough is formed. Line a muffin tin with paper cups and fill them halfway with the dough. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (fan 160 °C). Bake classic cupcakes for 18-20 minutes, mini cupcakes for only 12-15 minutes.
