Just mix the cake-red jelly with water, boil for 1 minute and pour the fruit on the cake. It then remains beautifully shiny for a long time, just as if it had just been plucked. Cake-jelly red is ideal for highlighting the color and shine of strawberries, raspberries, cherries and other red fruits. However, you can also try the interesting contrast of red jelly with yellow pineapple or green kiwi. Cake-jelly is of vegetable origin, it is made on the basis of carrageenans from seaweed.

Use: Mix the contents of the bag with 2-3 spoons of sugar (40 g), add 250 ml of liquid and mix thoroughly. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and cook for about 1 minute. Remove from the heat and leave to cool, stirring occasionally. We pour the still lukewarm jelly over the fruit on the cake.
