Dr. Oetker developed Cheesecake according to Czech taste and customs so that the housewife can conjure up a cake with the least effort, which will definitely succeed and will be enjoyed by the whole family. The Dr. Oetker Cheesecake Mix recipe is very simple.
The package contains: 330 g of mixture for the dough, 160 g of mixture for the filling
Add to this: For the dough - 180 g of butter or margarine. For the filling - 500 g semi-fat cottage cheese, 300 ml semi-fat milk, 3 eggs (size M).
Preparation: Pour the contents of the dough bag into a bowl or onto the worktop. Add butter or margarine and work until smooth by hand. Pour the dough into a greased mold (26 cm). We press it to the bottom of the mold and along the edges so as to create an edge about 3 cm high. Pierce the dough with a fork in several places. To prepare the filling, mix the contents of the bag with the mixture for the filling with cottage cheese, milk and eggs. Mix well with a whisk and pour over the dough. Bake for 80-90 minutes (electric oven 160°C, fan oven 150°C, gas oven medium setting). Do not open the oven unnecessarily during baking. After baking, let the cheesecake cool completely.
Ingredients: wheat flour , sugar, corn starch, modified potato starch, table salt, acidity regulator (citric acid), aroma. May contain traces of milk, eggs and lupine flour .
