Description

Use: dissolve the required amount at max. 45°C (if the frosting is heated more, it will start to clump). Then cool to approx. 30°C, and the icing is thus ready for use. If the frosting is too stiff, it can be thinned with 100% shortening.

Ingredients: sugar, vegetable fat (palm kernel, palm and shea), skimmed milk powder, whey powder, dried yogurt (1.6%), emulsifier (E322 soy lecithin), flavor regulator (citric acid), natural strawberry aroma, aroma, dyes (carmine, paprika extract), table salt.
