These dark chocolate lumps contain less cocoa butter to withstand oven temperatures of up to 200°C. Additionally, lumps are excellent for baked goods that require medium to longer baking times. With its medium size, it won't melt during baking.
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier ( soy lecithin ), natural vanilla aroma. May contain traces of milk .
