Description

Freeze-dried fruit is 100% pure fruit from which the water has been removed. It is crispy dried, retains color, flavor and up to 98% of the nutritional value, making it almost identical to the original fruit. It is preservative-free. It can be rehydrated or consumed directly. Ideal for muesli, yogurt, sorbets, smoothies, culinary specialties and baking.

Made from 300 g of fresh fruit.

Ingredients: 100% dragon fruit dehydrated through a lyophilization process (freeze drying process)
