Milk chocolate for baking.

Give your cakes, chocolate chip cookies, buns and rolls a rich and delightful chocolate touch with these pieces. These chocolate bars contain less cocoa butter to withstand oven temperatures of up to 200°C. Additionally, the pieces are excellent for baked goods that require medium to long baking times. Due to its size, it will not completely melt during baking.

Ingredients: sugar, whole milk powder , cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whey powder , skimmed milk powder , emulsifier ( soy lecithin ), natural vanilla flavor
