Description

A mixture used to stabilize and flavor light creams for modern confectionery products.

Ingredients: sugar, dextrose, modified starch E1414, dried yogurt (milk) 7%, gelatin, acid E330, aroma, salt.

Use: 1000 g whipped cream, 250 g Zeesan, 250 g water

Mix Zeesan with water, add 1/4 of whipped cream and beat with a whisk until smooth. Add the remaining whipped cream and gently mix with a spatula.

Nutritional values in 100 g: energy 1599 kJ/383 kcal, fat 0.1 g (of which saturated 0.1 g), carbohydrates 84.9 g (of which sugars 70.8 g), protein 7.9 g, salt 0.5 g
