Description

Lemon peel is made from ripe lemons, which are dried and crushed. Unlike the available lemons on the market, it is obtained exclusively by processing the peel from fruits grown without chemical treatment. It has a characteristic refreshing aroma and citrus taste. It is mainly used in sweet dishes, fruit pastries, cakes and puddings. It is also excellent for fish, spreads, sauces and marinades for meat.
