Mixture for the preparation of cold custard cream, suitable for the creams of confectionery products and as a filling for baked products.

Basic recipe: 1000 g Vanilmix, 2800 g water (cold). Pour the entire amount of water into the Vanilmix while constantly stirring with a whisk, mix the mass until smooth and then leave it for 10 minutes. stand up

Ingredients: sugar, modified starch E1414, dried whole milk , dried whey , thickener E401, gelling agents (E516, E450iii), dried milk product (lactose, milk protein , vegetable and animal fat, dried corn syrup, hydrogenated vegetable oil, aroma) , dye E160a, aroma
