Filling for liqueur tips: 800 g Topmix, 400 g powdered sugar, 100 g rum, 600-750 g water. Lightly whip all the ingredients at once (mix with a whisk).
Milk drink: 1000 g Topmix, 1800-2200 g water. Beat the cooled water with Topmix for approx. 3 minutes
Milk shake: 1000 g Topmix, 1000 g water, 1000 g crushed ice. Beat the cooled water with Topmix for approx. 3 minutes Add crushed ice and serve.
