Description

A masterpiece of the culinary tradition of Emilia Romagna, whose name comes from the verb "tagliare", i.e. to cut in Italian, because the pasta mixture is rolled out into a sheet, which is then cut into strips about 7-8 mm wide. It is served with classic Bolognese meat sauce or "Alla romagnola" with butter, ham leg and lemon.
