How to shop

Purchase of pastry tools and supplies in the e-shop Dortisimo.c z

Purchase procedure:

1. Login

If you are registered, log in and see the prices of the goods after the discount. You can also order without registration.

2. Selection of goods

In the left menu, choose the category of goods that interests you. If you know the product name, part or code, use the Search box in the middle of the page at the top.

3. Adding the product to the cart

In the product overview, press the Add to cart button, when you click on the product, you can do the same. Then choose whether you want to continue shopping or go directly to the cart.

4. Shopping cart

Here you can change the quantity of products or the number of pieces for individual items. If everything is fine, continue with the Order button.

5. Delivery data

You fill in the delivery and billing information. You confirm your agreement with the terms and conditions and your agreement or disagreement with the satisfaction questionnaire and the sending of news. Press the Next button to continue.

6. Transportation

You choose from the offered transportation the one that suits you best. If you don't see a transport method, the weight or size limit has been exceeded. To continue, click Next.

7. Payment

Here you select the payment according to your options. Press the Next button to continue.

8. Data control

After checking the order, you confirm it bindingly by clicking the Finish order button.

9. Done

Your order is ready and you will receive a confirmation of acceptance by our e-shop by email.

If you do not receive a confirmation, it is possible that you have entered the wrong email, it has fallen into spam or it is stuck in the network. For technical reasons, we cannot accept orders over the phone.
