Hearty vegetable soup prepared on an onion base, seasoned with marjoram and pepper. Wild mushrooms add a distinct flavor.
It is excellent for a snack and a light lunch for children, vegetarians and vegans. The complete menu is completely cooked and thermally processed. Therefore, the preparation consists only in heating (of course, they can also be eaten cold). You don't need to add any water or boil the food. You can prepare the food in a few minutes and you can serve it.
You can warm up in several ways:
1. Put the closed bag in a pot of hot water (or in a kettle), let it heat up for about 10 minutes, and after opening, serve directly on a plate.
2. Empty the bag directly into the pot (or pan) and heat for approx. 5 min.
3. Transfer the food from the bag to a suitable container and heat for approx. 3 minutes in the microwave oven.
4. Use the Adventure Menu self-heater, insert a sealed bag and pour a little water. The food is heated in about 12 minutes.
