With their standard fluidity, you can use Orange Callets™ for the same wide range of uses as traditional Callebaut chocolates. You can use them to add colorful details to chocolate molds and pralines or to create small colorful decorations. In addition, they are excellent for flavoring creams and mousses with a refreshing twist. Melting, tempering and cooling take place in exactly the same way as traditional Callebaut white chocolates.
