Do you know which dessert is one of the most popular and widespread worldwide? Did you guess cheesecake? You have a point! Now you can prepare this great, tasty and perfectly light dessert whenever you feel like it. We have prepared it for you in a gluten-free version. It's up to you what kind of cheese or flavor in the form of various fruits you use to improve the cheesecake. There are absolutely no limits to your imagination. However, it is also excellent in its classic form.

The package contains: 285 g of mixture for the body and 280 g of mixture for the filling

To this you add: For the body: 1 egg, 100 g of softened butter. For the filling: 500 g cottage cheese, 300 ml water.

Preparation: Add eggs and butter to the mixture for preparing the corpus and make a smooth dough. Place the baking paper cut according to the bottom of the cake pan on the worktop. Place the dough in the center of the paper and roll it out over the food foil so that the edges of the dough extend about 3 cm from the edges of the paper. We transfer the dough and paper to the form, press the edges to the form with our fingers and align them with a knife. Pierce the dough with a fork and bake at 160 °C for 10-15 minutes. After baking, let the carcass cool down in the mold and prepare the filling. Add cottage cheese and water to the mixture for preparing the filling, you can also add 2 egg yolks and, to taste, lemon zest and juice. Mix everything thoroughly, let it stand for 5 minutes, then pour into the cooled casing, smooth and bake at 160 °C for about 20 minutes. Leave the baked cake to cool and then remove it from the cake tin and serve.
