Dr. Oetker Vanilla sugar contains only 100% natural vanilla aroma with vanilla extract and finely ground sugar. Natural vanilla contains both natural vanillin and at least two hundred other substances, the mixture of which is valued by connoisseurs as exceptional.

Use: Use vanilla sugar as Vanillin sugar (1 bag instead of 1 bag) for baking and flavoring pastries, creams or desserts. For sprinkling or covering pastries, mix 1 vanilla sugar with 100 g of powdered sugar.
