Description

Dr. Oetker Finesse is the first freshly grated lemon peel, soft thanks to the original packaging in a protective atmosphere that guarantees its freshness. It is made from Sicilian lemons, which is probably the first area in Europe where lemons were grown.

Use: One bag is enough for 250 g of flour or 500 ml of liquid.

Ingredients: 60% dextrose, 36% grated pressed lemon peel (from Sicily), natural lemon flavor, anti-caking agent (calcium phosphates), antioxidants (L-ascorbic acid, fatty acid esters with ascorbic acid), aroma, color (riboflavin), preservative (sorbic acid)
