Use: Roll out the fondant mass to approx. 1 mm. Coat both sides with icing sugar to prevent it from sticking to the bar. Place the bar on the prepared mass. We hold it only by the edges and press it down. This will cut out the perimeters of the ornaments. Then we gently press on the centers of the ornaments and print a relief into the cut-out material. If we want ornaments without structure, do not press the center. Finally, lift the bar and press the center of the bar to push the decorations out.
