General shipping information:
Orders, including the Guarantee service, are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. We usually process and dispatch your order with care on the next business day.
For weekend baking, we recommend ordering in advance, ideally by Wednesday at 1:00 p.m.
All stores are closed on public holidays.
Orders placed by 1:00 p.m. on a business day are usually dispatched on the same day. This does not apply to store pickup and wholesale orders. If you would like priority dispatch by 1:00 p.m. on a business day, please use the Express Packing service and pay by credit card.
If your order is urgent, we recommend using the Guarantee service. If you order by 1:00 p.m. on a business day, your parcel will be delivered on the next business day. (does not apply to cross-border transport)
The selected payment method does not affect the speed of dispatch or delivery.
During the summer season and in high outdoor temperatures, please carefully consider ordering chocolate products if you wish to use carrier delivery.
All shipping prices are displayed in CZK. The EUR conversion will be shown in the cart before the binding order confirmation.

Packaging feeExpand
For orders with a value lower than 350 CZK shipped via carriers, we charge a packaging fee, which helps cover the cost of safely packing the parcel. For purchases over 350 CZK, we cover the packaging fee for you. The current packaging fee is always displayed in the cart before the binding order confirmation.
If you purchase goods for more than 350 CZK, or choose store pickup as your delivery method, the packaging fee will not be charged.
