Description

You can use the enameled deep tray with an inner Whitford Teflon layer for roasting meat, roasting vegetables, and preparing doughs or leavened buns and cakes.

There is no need to use baking paper, just wipe the baking sheet lightly or spray it with baking spray, and you can easily remove the baked goodies from the 4.5 cm high baking sheet.

Thanks to its size, it fits in a normal size gas, electric and convection oven, up to a temperature of 230 °C. It can be washed in the dishwasher, in case of more baking, e.g. if the filling from the apple strudel leaks, which sometimes happens, just soak the tray. Use gloves when handling the hot plate. We recommend using wooden, nylon or silicone utensils to avoid damaging the Teflon layer.
