Flakes intended for confectionery production, for sprinkles and for decorating cakes and other confectionery and ice cream products.

The size of the flakes is approx. 0.3 - 1 cm.

Ingredients: sugar, fully solidified vegetable fats (palm kernel), skimmed milk powder (10%), cocoa powder with reduced fat content (4%), lactose, emulsifier E322 soy lecithin , glucose syrup, aroma (vanillin). Gluten free.

Store in a cool and dry place (up to 20°C).

Nutritional values in 100 g: energy 2364 kJ/567 kcal, fat 35 g (of which saturated 34 g, of which trans 0.2 g), carbohydrates 58 g (of which sugars 58 g), protein 4.2 g, salt 0.14 g
