Description

Flakes intended for confectionery production, for sprinkling and for decorating cakes and other confectionery and ice cream products.

The size of the flakes is approx. 0.3 - 1 cm.

Ingredients: sugar, fully solidified vegetable fats (palm kernel), cocoa powder with reduced fat content (4%), emulsifier E322 soy lecithin , glucose syrup, aroma (vanillin). Gluten free.

Store in a cool and dry place (up to 20°C).
