Colors intended primarily for surface coloring, coated and cream cakes.
They can also be used to color cream, pastries, ice cream, drinks, juices, fruit fillings, jams, etc. Suitable for all ingredients containing water.
Advantages of airbrush painting:
- They dry quickly thanks to the added ethanol, which evaporates.
- A wide range of 22 basic colors and the ability to create new color shades by mixing them.
- The colors are highly concentrated.
- Can be used as a classic food coloring.
For a lighter shade, dilute with white. Apply the colors from a minimum distance of 15 cm in a very thin layer. Gradually add layers until the desired shade is achieved. When applying, place the cake on a rotating base, which you rotate while spraying.
Non-pearl paints can be freely combined with pearlescent paints. The paints contain alcohol, which increases the drying speed and increases adhesion to oily surfaces.
